## How registration works

Fast and simple: verify your ID once at our clinic, then handle everything online in your portal.

1. **Sign up**Complete the registration form with your details.
2. **ID verification**Visit our clinic once with your ID (Lammenschansweg 15B, Leiden).
3. **Personal login**You’ll receive a personal link to activate your portal access.
4. **All online**From then on, chat/video with your GP and manage prescriptions, referrals and tests online.
