How registration works

Fast and simple: verify your ID once at our clinic, then handle everything online in your portal.

  1. Sign up
    Complete the registration form with your details.
  2. ID verification
    Visit our clinic once with your ID (Lammenschansweg 15B, Leiden).
  3. Personal login
    You’ll receive a personal link to activate your portal access.
  4. All online
    From then on, chat/video with your GP and manage prescriptions, referrals and tests online.
