Eigen risico (deductible) — short note

The Dutch eigen risico is an annual amount that applies to much specialist care and many medicines; standard GP consultations under the basic package follow the usual national rules (see Rijksoverheid / your insurer). This article is not tax or insurance advice.

Travel vaccinations and extras

Travel vaccines and some non-insured assessments may carry a separate fee or rely on aanvullende verzekering — we tell you before something is booked if a patient contribution applies.
